Questions

Is this financial advice or a signal service?

No. Trigger Terminal is software. It does not tell you what to buy or sell, does not publish trade ideas or signals, and does not manage money. Scanner results, market data and AI answers are information only; every order is your own decision.

Then what are the Telegram & Discord features?

You can connect channels you choose and let the terminal turn their messages into orders on your own accounts, with your own size and risk settings. We are not connected to those channels and do not recommend any.

Where are my API keys kept?

The website only accepts read-only keys (to show balances and positions) and refuses keys that can trade. Trading keys live in the Trigger Terminal Chrome extension in your browser, or orders go through your own trigger.trade webhook. You can turn on two-factor sign-in.

Can I try it without risking money?

Yes. Paper accounts simulate orders with a virtual balance, and the Free plan is paper trading only. Paper results do not include every real-world cost (slippage, partial fills, outages), so they can look better than live trading.

Does the AI trade for me?

No. The AI assistant reads charts, checks an order you are about to send and writes summaries, using your own Claude or OpenAI key. It never receives exchange keys and cannot place orders. Its answers can be wrong.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Crypto, futures, CFDs and leverage are risky and you can lose more than you expect, quickly. Bots and automation can also fail or behave unexpectedly. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
