Coppock Curve: a weighted moving average of the sum of a long and a short rate of change, originally a long-term momentum timer. Long when the curve is above zero or turning up, short when below zero or turning down, with an optional moving-average filter. DaviddTech boilerplate with Heartbeat Long / Short outputs.
