Relative Volume at Time of Day
Crypto volume has a strong daily rhythm (Asian, European and US hours). A plain volume average flags every US open as "high volume". This tool compares each bar's volume with the average volume of the SAME time slot (UTC) over the previous N days, so 2.0 means "twice as busy as usual for this hour". On daily or higher charts it falls back to a normal average.

How to use it
RVOL above 2 confirms breakouts and marks news / liquidation events; RVOL below 0.5 during a breakout is a warning (no participation). 20 days of history is a stable default for 5m-4h charts. Concept: "Relative volume at time" as used by intraday equity traders (time-of-day volume profiles; e.g. Kissell, "The Science of Algorithmic Trading and Portfolio Management", 2013).
