Stiffness Indicator (Markos Katsanos): the share of the last N closes that stayed above a moving average minus a fraction of the standard deviation, smoothed. High stiffness means a steady, strong trend; trade only when it is above the threshold. Options: MA and stiffness lengths, smoothing, threshold and cross highlighting. DaviddTech boilerplate.
