Trend Direction Force Index (TDFI): compares a moving average with a smoothed version of itself and normalises the difference to show trend strength between -1 and +1. Long above the upper filter level, short below the lower one; flat in between. Options: MA modes and lengths, cross confirmation and inverse signals.
